This policy describes the way this site is managed with reference to the processing of the personal data of the users who access it.

Sicilywinetours guarantees  the respect of the law that protects personal data ( Lgs.D.196/03 ). The customers/users must carefully read this Privacy Policy before entering any type of personal information and/or fill any e-form.

All personal data supplied by the users will only be used to respond to their requests. They will be kept at the disposal of the Judicial Authority and only shown when explicitly requested.
The personal data is processed with electronics and neverthless automatic instruments for the period strictly necessary to pursue the aims for which the data have been collected and in accordance to the law.
Apart from what is specified for the surfing data, the customers/users is free to provide the personal data that is requested each time. However, failure to provide this information may lead to the inability to provide the services requested.

Rights of those concerned
Those to whom the personal data refers have the right at any moment to obtain confirmation that their data exist, to find out the contents and origin of the data and to check that it is correct or ask it to be completed or updated, or corrected, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
